How We Built an MCP Server on Our Existing APIs
We built a production MCP server in a few weeks, mostly by reuse: the same reporting APIs, the same identity provider, the same Kubernetes cluster. OAuth with PKCE, multi-tenancy, tool design, and a summary table for the slow questions. It ends with the Microsoft Fabric phase we plan next.
